硫酸铜脱水-热解制备氧化铜的研究

【摘要】:以五水硫酸铜为原料,通过脱水和热解两个步骤制备氧化铜。采用热重分析、X射线衍射和化学分析研究了五水硫酸铜的脱水和热解过程。研究结果表明,五水硫酸铜脱水过程分为3个阶段,第一阶段和第二阶段分别脱去2个结晶水,第三阶段脱去1个结晶水,将五水硫酸铜在300℃加热1 h可以脱除全部结晶水;将硫酸铜磨碎至粒度为180~250μm,在800℃热解1 h,所得氧化铜的纯度大于99%。
[Abstract]:Copper oxide was prepared from copper sulfate pentahydrate by dehydration and pyrolysis. The dehydration and pyrolysis of copper sulfate pentahydrate were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and chemical analysis. The results show that the dehydration process of cupric sulfate pentahydrate is divided into three stages. In the first stage and the second stage, two crystalline water are removed, and one crystal water is removed in the third stage. All the crystalline water can be removed by heating copper sulfate pentahydrate for 1 hour at 300 鈩,
