机械研磨电镀锌铁合金镀层及耐蚀机理研究

【摘要】:锌铁合金镀层在工业生产中具有重要意义,对钢铁件具有很好的保护作用,随着技术的发展和金属材料应用环境的不断恶化,采用新技术制备锌铁合金镀层变得越来越重要,对于锌铁合金镀层的研究,前人多集中在镀液配方的改进之中,本论文采用了机械研磨的方法制备锌铁合镀层,并对镀层性能进行了深入研究。本论文通过在电镀锌铁合金的过程中,添加研磨球,对镀层施加机械研磨作用,改变电镀过程中的液相传质、电化学转化和电沉积步骤,制备机械研磨锌铁合金镀层。通过改变试验参数,制备了不同参数下的机械研磨锌铁合金镀层,利用失重腐蚀法、电化学测试法、力学性能测试法等研究方法,对不同参数下的机械研磨锌铁合金镀层进行研究。揭示了电流密度、研磨球密度、研磨球直径、研磨频率等试验参数对镀层性能的影响,通过正交试验法,获得了最优镀层性能的试验参数,当电流密度为2A/dm2,研磨球密度为11.3g/cm3,研磨球直径为7mm,频率为9Hz时,获得的机械研磨镀层性能最好。同时,利用极化曲线测试技术、电化学阻抗谱测试技术和扫描电子显微镜,对镀层进行深入研究,总结了机械研磨锌铁合金镀层的耐蚀规律。
[Abstract]:The zinc-ferroalloy coating is of great significance in industrial production and has a good protective effect on iron and steel parts. With the development of technology and the deterioration of the application environment of metal materials, it becomes more and more important to use new technology to prepare zinc-ferroalloy coating. For the study of zinc-ferroalloy coating, most of the predecessors focused on the improvement of the solution formulation. In this paper, the mechanical grinding method was used to prepare the zinc-ferroalloy coating, and the properties of the coating were studied deeply. In this paper, mechanical grinding of zinc ferroalloy coating was carried out by adding grinding ball in the process of electroplating, changing the liquid phase mass transfer, electrochemical transformation and electrodeposition steps in the electroplating process. By changing the test parameters, the mechanical grinding zinc-ferroalloy coating with different parameters was prepared. The methods of weight-loss corrosion, electrochemical testing and mechanical property testing were used. The mechanical grinding of zinc ferroalloy coating with different parameters was studied. The effects of current density, ball density, ball diameter and grinding frequency on the properties of the coating are revealed. Through orthogonal test, the optimum parameters of coating performance are obtained. When the current density is 2A / dm ~ 2, the ball density is 11.3g / cm ~ 3, the diameter of the ball is 7mm and the frequency is 9Hz, the mechanical lapping coating has the best performance. At the same time, the electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the corrosion resistance of Zn-Fe alloy coating by means of polarization curve test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
