缓释型过氧化物消毒剂的研究

【摘要】:二氧化氯作为无机过氧化物是一种强氧化性的消毒剂,目前,应用最多的是固载二氧化氯,但研究表明现有的固载二氧化氯有释放二氧化氯不稳定,释放时间短、储存时间短等问题,给使用者带来很多麻烦。开发释放时间长的释放速率稳定性好的缓释型固载二氧化氯产品是有必要的。本论文对缓释型过氧化物消毒剂的制备工艺进行研究,首先确定固载体天然斜发沸石的改性方法,根据过渡金属氧化物活化亚氯酸钠产生二氧化氯的机理确定过渡金属氧化物负载过程中的最佳工艺,并确定粘合剂、稳定剂的种类和用量。最终确定缓释型过氧化物消毒剂制备方案为:采用1.0 mol/L的盐酸溶液和1.0 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液将天然斜发沸石进行改性,改性后的沸石采用500℃焙烧温度为最佳焙烧工艺对金属氧化物进行负载,粘合剂为黄原胶,用量为沸石质量的8%;稳定剂为硅胶,用量为沸石质量的10%。缓释型过氧化物消毒剂的含量为10.70%,pH值为9.02,到达稳定释放的时间为6天,稳定期释放浓度为22 mg/m3左右,缓释时间为94天。通过54℃热加速于烘箱中放置14天,含量下降率为5.13%,下降率小于10%,储存期可达1年。同时考察温度、相对湿度对缓释型过氧化物消毒剂释放速率的影响。缓释型过氧化物消毒剂具有很好的除甲醛性能和杀菌性能。甲醛的去除率可达到100%;大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为99.9%以上,达到消毒指标。
[Abstract]:Chlorine dioxide as an inorganic peroxide is a strong oxidizing disinfectant. At present, it is mostly used to immobilize chlorine dioxide. However, studies show that the existing supported chlorine dioxide has unstable release of chlorine dioxide and short release time. Short storage time and other problems, to the user caused a lot of trouble. It is necessary to develop sustained release chlorine dioxide with long release time and good stability of release rate. In this paper, the preparation technology of sustained-release peroxide disinfectant was studied. Firstly, the modification method of natural clinoptilolite with solid carrier was determined. According to the mechanism of transition metal oxide activating sodium chlorite to produce chlorine dioxide, the optimum process of transition metal oxide loading was determined, and the binder, the type and amount of stabilizer were determined. Finally, the preparation scheme of sustained-release peroxide disinfectant was determined as follows: 1. 0 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution and 1. 0 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution were used to modify natural clinoptilolite.
