减压塔底泵进出口管道应力分析数值模拟研究

【摘要】:减压塔是石化行业中应用广泛的单元操作设备。泵是化工生产中应用比较广泛的动力设备,它像人的心脏一样源源不断的为化工生产工艺管线提供“血液”—各种各样的化工生产介质、原料。离心泵由于具有结构简单、流量均匀、操作费用低、维修工作量小等特点使其在化工行业得到了较多的应用。管道就像是人体的血管,通过管道将各种介质、原料运送到各种设备中进行不同的工艺处理,并最终产生我们所需要的产品。管道是连接各种化工设备的桥梁和中介,为确保化工生产的安全、正常运行,对泵进出口的管道进行应力分析就显得很有必要。化工行业的迅速发展也使管道应力分析受到越来越多的重视。同时计算机的日新月异的发展也为管道应力分析提供了有力支持。对减压塔底泵进出口管道进行应力分析,为化工实际安全生产提供数据支持,是当前社会发展、工业生产的趋势。本文利用管道应力分析软件CAESARII 2013 R1,以减压塔底离心泵为模拟研究对象对泵进出口管道进行应力分析,在与标准规范进行对比后,对于应力过大、管道柔性不足的地方进行调整和修改,经过多方面的调整最后得到比较好的设计方案。通过改变管道温度、压力等得到影响减压塔底泵进出口管道应力的因素,为化工生产、设计开发模拟优化提供丰富的数据支持和一定的理论指导。本文进行研究的主要工作:(1)归纳总结了前人在管道应力分析方面的基础理论、应力分析的发展、应力分析的目的以及重要性等方面的研究,阐述了国内外在管道应力分析方面的发展情况,对本文进行减压塔底泵进出口管道的应力分析提供强有力的理论支持。(2)利用应力分析模拟软件CAESAR Ⅱ,结合前人的理论基础知识,建立减压塔底泵进出口管道应力分析数值模型,通过对减压塔底泵进出口管道的物理模型建立、模拟计算、分析、调整修改,得到比较好的设计方案。(3)研究了温度、压力对减压塔底泵进出口管道应力的影响。
[Abstract]:Vacuum tower is a widely used unit operation equipment in petrochemical industry. Pump is a kind of power equipment which is widely used in chemical production. It is like the heart of human being. It provides "blood"-various chemical production medium and raw material for the pipeline of chemical production process continuously. Centrifugal pump has been widely used in chemical industry because of its simple structure, uniform flow rate, low operating cost and low maintenance workload. Pipes are like blood vessels in the human body, through which all kinds of media and materials are transported to various equipment for different processes, and eventually the products we need are produced. Pipeline is a bridge and intermediary connecting all kinds of chemical equipment. In order to ensure the safety and normal operation of chemical production, it is necessary to analyze the stress of the pipe at the inlet and outlet of the pump. With the rapid development of chemical industry, more and more attention has been paid to pipeline stress analysis. At the same time, the rapid development of computer also provides a strong support for pipeline stress analysis. The stress analysis of the inlet and outlet pipeline of the vacuum tower bottom pump is the trend of the current social development and industrial production to provide data support for the practical safety production of chemical industry. In this paper, the stress analysis of the inlet and outlet of the pump is carried out by using the software CAESARII 2013 R1 and the centrifugal pump at the bottom of the decompression tower as the simulation object. After comparing with the standard specification, the stress is too large. The pipeline is not flexible enough to adjust and modify, after a variety of adjustments to get a better design. By changing the temperature and pressure of the pipeline, the factors affecting the stress of the inlet and outlet pipeline of the vacuum tower bottom pump are obtained, which provide abundant data support and certain theoretical guidance for chemical production, design and development simulation optimization. The main work of this paper is to sum up the basic theory of stress analysis of pipelines, the development of stress analysis, the purpose and importance of stress analysis, etc. The development of pipeline stress analysis at home and abroad is described, and a powerful theoretical support is provided for the stress analysis of the inlet and outlet pipeline of the decompression tower bottom pump in this paper.
