氟氯在硫酸锌溶液蒸发结晶及结晶产物干燥过程中的行为

【摘要】:研究了硫酸锌溶液蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶及结晶产物干燥过程中氟、氯的行为,考察了初始硫酸质量浓度、干燥温度和干燥时间等因素对氟、氯行为的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,硫酸锌溶液蒸发过程中,95.0%以上的氟、氯保留在液相;冷却结晶后,氯主要分布在液相,氟主要分布在固相;结晶产物干燥过程中,氟、氯均能得到不同程度脱除,提高干燥温度或延长干燥时间有利于氟、氯脱除;氟离子质量浓度为3.0g/L、硫酸质量浓度为31.2g/L的硫酸锌溶液蒸发结晶所得产物在110℃下干燥9h,氟脱除率为91.9%;氯离子质量浓度为6.0g/L、硫酸质量浓度为16.8g/L的硫酸锌溶液蒸发结晶所得产物在110℃下干燥3h,氯脱除率为99.0%。
[Abstract]:The behavior of fluoride and chlorine in the drying process of crystallization and crystallization of zinc sulfate solution was studied.
