石家庄地区商品砂浆测强曲线的试验与研究

【摘要】:目前,商品砂浆在石家庄地区得到了广泛应用,回弹法又是现场检测砂浆强度的最常用的方法之一,目前推广的砂浆回弹曲线在现场拌制砂浆的实体检测中应用广泛,但是该曲线是否适合商品砂浆还有待研究,因此,采用回弹法测试现场商品砂浆砌体的强度,并建立相应的测强曲线这个课题应运而生。本文选取石家庄地区有代表性的三家商品砂浆进行系统研究,首先通过试验测定了不同强度等级不同龄期的商品砂浆在自然条件下砂浆试块的碳化深度值、回弹强度值和抗压强度值,然后分析自然养护试块的碳化深度、回弹强度值与抗压强度值三者之间的关系。试验结果表明,商品砂浆试块在自然条件下养护的碳化深度值均超过3 rrm,通过数据和函数图形的分析表明碳化深度值对商品砂浆抗压强度的影响很小。由此在后面的研究中可忽略碳化深度对回弹值的影响。然后,根据试验测得的回弹值和抗压强度值分别建立了线性函数关系曲线、对数函数关系曲线、多项式函数关系曲线、幂函数关系曲线以及指数函数关系曲线,对所建立的5个函数曲线的相关系数进行比较,确定相关性最大的是幂函数关系曲线,即y=0.0001x3.39,R2=0.9289确定为石家庄地区商品砂浆回弹法的测强曲线。最后,通过现场工程墙体实测回弹值和同部位砌体砂浆试块抗压强度值进行验证,以该曲线计算的抗压强度值的平均相对误差为11.29%,平均标准差为7.60满足平均相对误差不大于±14.0%相对标准差不大于17.0%的要求。
[Abstract]:At present, commercial mortar has been widely used in Shijiazhuang area, and springback method is one of the most commonly used methods to detect mortar strength in the field. However, whether the curve is suitable for commercial mortar is still to be studied. Therefore, the springback method is used to test the strength of commercial mortar masonry in the field and the corresponding strength curve is established. In this paper, three representative commercial mortars in Shijiazhuang area are selected for systematic study. Firstly, the carbonation depth of commercial mortar with different strength grades and ages under natural conditions is measured. The relationship among carbonation depth, springback strength and compressive strength is analyzed. The experimental results show that the carbonation depth values of commercial mortar samples cured under natural conditions are above 3 rms. the analysis of data and function patterns shows that the carbonation depth values have little effect on the compressive strength of commercial mortar. Therefore, the effect of carbonation depth on springback can be ignored in the later study. Then, the linear function curve, logarithmic function curve, polynomial function curve, power function relation curve and exponential function relation curve are established according to the springback and compressive strength measured in the experiment. By comparing the correlation coefficients of the five function curves established, it is found that the most significant correlation is the power function curve, that is, the strength curve of the rebound method of commercial mortar in Shijiazhuang area is determined to be YY 0.0001x3.39R20.9289. Finally, it is verified by the measured springback value of the field engineering wall and the compressive strength value of the same site masonry mortar test block. The average relative error of compressive strength calculated by this curve is 11.29 and the average standard deviation is 7.60. The average relative error is not greater than 卤14.0% and the relative standard deviation is not greater than 17.0%.
