工业磷铵母液制备工业磷酸一铵的工艺研究

【摘要】:通过对工业磷铵母液进行反调pH反应、过滤、浓缩和结晶等过程,实现磷铵循环利用。以工业磷铵母液为原料,分别从反应温度、pH、浓缩相对密度、结晶温度、结晶时间等因素探究对制备工业磷酸一铵的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)对产品进行表征,同时测定产品的五氧化二磷和氮含量。结果表明其最优的工艺条件:反应温度为80℃、pH为4.1、浓缩相对密度为1.38、结晶温度为20℃、结晶时间为60 min。此条件下,五氧化二磷和氮含量都符合工业磷酸一铵Ⅰ类标准。
[Abstract]:Ammonium phosphate recycling was realized by reverse pH adjustment, filtration, concentration and crystallization of industrial ammonium phosphate mother liquor. The effects of reaction temperature (pH), concentration relative density, crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the preparation of industrial ammonium phosphate were investigated. The product was characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD) and the content of phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen was determined at the same time.
