基于WirelessHART的电镀含铬废水智能处理系统设计

【摘要】:铁氧体沉淀法是处理含铬废水的有效途径,具有成本低、工艺简单、易于控制和管理等优点。为进一步优化废水处理工艺,为铁氧体沉淀除铬工艺搭建工业级Wireless HART,智能控制药剂计量和投加、铁氧体制备等过程,实现对废水处理流程的远程监控和物联化管理。应用表明,Wireless HART智能处理系统有明显的成本和效益优势,通过优化废水处理工艺,可控制处理后Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度不超过0.25 mg/L,主要污染物去除率不低于99%。
[Abstract]:Ferrite precipitation is an effective way to treat chromium-containing wastewater, which has the advantages of low cost, simple process, easy control and management. In order to optimize the wastewater treatment process, build industrial grade Wireless Hart for ferrite precipitation and chromium removal process, intelligently control the metering and adding of medicament, ferrite preparation and so on, realize the remote monitoring and materialization management of wastewater treatment process.
