幼龄期混凝土强度测试专用仪器的研制与应用

【摘要】:针对幼龄期混凝土强度特点,分析现有无损检测仪器的局限性,参考ASTM C803—82方法,根据贯入阻力原理,研究不同贯入力值对测试结果精度的影响,研制了一种幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪器。应用试验结果显示,贯入深度与0.3~2.0 MPa强度之间具有很好的相关性,表明该仪器能满足幼龄期混凝土强度检测的精度要求。
[Abstract]:According to the strength characteristics of young concrete, the limitations of existing nondestructive testing instruments are analyzed. According to ASTM C803-82 method, according to the principle of penetration resistance, the influence of different penetration force values on the accuracy of test results is studied. A special testing instrument for the strength of young concrete was developed. The experimental results show that there is a good correlation between the penetration depth and the strength of 0.3N 2.0 MPa, which indicates that the instrument can meet the precision requirements of young concrete strength detection.
