无填料冷却塔冷却性能的试验研究

【摘要】:建立了无填料冷却塔试验平台,研究了不同进风位置、气水比、室外空气干球温度、循环水进水温度下无填料冷却塔冷却性能的变化规律。结果表明:上喷式无填料冷却塔上进风时冷却效率优于下进风,下喷式无填料冷却塔下进风时冷却效率优于上进风;气水比升高冷却效率升高,但气水比达到1.8后,继续提高气水比冷却效率增速降低;室外空气干球温度升高,冷却效率降低;进水温度升高冷却塔冷却效率均得到提高,但上喷式冷却塔冷却效率的提高明显大于下喷式冷却塔。
[Abstract]:A test platform for unpacked cooling tower was set up to study the change of cooling performance of cooling tower with different inlet air position, air-water ratio, outdoor air dry ball temperature and circulating water inlet temperature. The results show that the cooling efficiency of the upper jet type unfilled cooling tower is better than that of the bottom air inlet air, and the cooling efficiency of the bottom air inlet air is better than that of the bottom air inlet air, and the air-water ratio increases, but when the gas-water ratio reaches 1.8, the cooling efficiency is better than that of the lower air inlet. Continue to increase the air-water specific cooling efficiency, increase the outdoor air dry ball temperature, reduce cooling efficiency, increase the inlet water temperature, increase cooling efficiency of cooling tower, However, the cooling efficiency of the upper jet cooling tower is obviously higher than that of the lower jet cooling tower.
