采用吸附固定床脱除正己烷中的吡啶

【摘要】:以含吡啶的正己烷溶液为模拟含氮油品,采用吸附固定床进行脱氮研究,考察了吸附剂种类、吸附温度、吸附时间、原料油中吡啶用量和LHSV对床层累计吸附容量(Γ)及吡啶的净化率(R)的影响。采用UV-Vis,BET,Py-TPD等方法测定了所用吸附剂的吸光度、比表面积、孔体积、酸性强度等。表征结果显示,吡啶吸附脱除效果受吸附剂比表面积和酸强度共同影响。实验结果表明,采用酸性较强的HAT-097为吸附剂、吸附温度为30℃、吸附时间为100 min、原料中吡啶用量为260 mg/L、LHSV=3 h~(-1)条件下,吡啶的R高达85.1%、吸附剂的Γ可达0.90 mg/g。
[Abstract]:The nitrogen removal from n-hexane solution containing pyridine was studied by adsorption fixed bed. The adsorbents, adsorption temperature and adsorption time were investigated. The effects of the amount of pyridine in feed oil and LHSV on the cumulative adsorption capacity (螕) and the purification rate of pyridine (R). The absorbance, specific surface area, pore volume and acidity of the adsorbent were determined by UV-Vis-BET-Py-TPD. The results showed that the adsorption and removal effect of pyridine was affected by the specific surface area and acid strength of the adsorbent. The experimental results show that the R of pyridine is up to 85.1 with adsorption temperature of 30 鈩,
