高硅质瓷的制备与研究

【摘要】:本课题以石英、长石、粘土、滑石为原料,采用单因素实验法,通过控制石英的球磨时间以及长石的添加量,对配料组成进行优化,并在坯体中引入适量的滑石,制备了一种机械强度较高、白度好的高硅质瓷。测试了坯体的性能,其技术指标:吸水率0.5%,烧成收缩率为13.13%~13.36%,白度78.7%-83.4%。烧成温度范围1290℃~1330℃,抗折强度98.4MPa~ 118.2MPa,热膨胀系数5.89×10-6~6.87×10-6/℃(20℃~800℃)。高硅质瓷泥料的可塑性指标:5.78cm·g,添加0.2%的水玻璃和0.2%的聚丙烯酸钠的复合解凝剂对泥浆的解凝效果最好。采用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及其他测试等技术,结果表明:高石英质瓷坯的显微结构主要由高温石英相、莫来石相、方石英相以及玻璃相还有少量气孔组成。石英粒度越细,长石量的越少,方石英相的含量越多;在烧成范围内,随着温度的升高,样品的抗弯曲强度逐渐增大,主要原因是因为此时胎体的微观结构中主晶相晶粒分布密集且均匀,使瓷胎整体变的致密,从而具有较高的强度。结合坯体的性质,成功制备出了与坯体适应性良好的高光泽透明釉。在烧成温度1310℃,高硅质瓷釉的光泽度可达114。
[Abstract]:In this paper, quartz, feldspar, clay and talc are used as raw materials. By controlling the ball-milling time of quartz and the amount of feldspar, the composition of the mixture is optimized, and the proper amount of talc is introduced into the slab. A kind of high silicon porcelain with high mechanical strength and good whiteness was prepared. The properties of the billet were tested.
