水蒸汽催化重整混合型生物油模型物制氢研究

【摘要】:以HZSM-5为载体,采用浸渍法制备Co/HZSM-5、Fe/HZSM-5、Co-Fe/HZSM-5催化剂,并对其进行XRD、BET、SEM、TG表征分析。选取乙酸、乙二醇、苯酚和丙酮的混合物为混合型生物油模型物,考察催化剂、温度、S/C、WHSV等因素对水蒸汽催化重整混合型生物油模型物制氢的影响。结果表明,在Co-Fe/HZSM-5催化剂上,温度为650℃,S/C为10,WHSV为2 h-1时,氢气产率最大,约为57%。
[Abstract]:Co- / HZSM-5Fe- / HZSM-5 Co-Fe- / HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method on HZSM-5 carrier and characterized by XRD- BET-SEMM-5. The mixture of acetic acid, ethylene glycol, phenol and acetone was selected as the model compound of mixed bio-oil. The effects of catalyst, temperature and S / CWHSV on hydrogen production of mixed bio-oil model were investigated. The results show that on Co-Fe / HZSM-5 catalyst, the hydrogen yield is about 57 when the temperature is 650 鈩,
