三叶型回转窑温度场及影响因素的数值模拟

【摘要】:采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立三叶型回转窑内部流场三维模型,运用计算流体动力学(CFD)流体仿真分析软件Fluent,设置边界条件,选用非预混燃烧模型、离散相模型求解窑内温度分布情况;通过对一次风速、一次风温、叶片倾斜角、二次风速、油喷射角度各影响参数进行分析对比。结果表明:当处于50~60 m/s的一次风速,200℃的一次风温,150 m/s的二次风速,旋流叶片角度为30°左右,喷油角度15°时窑内能得到理想的温度分布,研究结果为三叶型回转窑设计制造和工程应用提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional modeling software Pro-E was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the internal flow field in a three-leaf rotary kiln. The fluid simulation and analysis software Fluent was used to set up boundary conditions, and a non-premixed combustion model was selected. The influence parameters of primary wind speed, primary air temperature, blade inclination angle, secondary wind speed and oil injection angle were analyzed and compared by discrete phase model.
