基于小型湿喷机施工的喷射混凝土性能评价

【摘要】:为研究喷射混凝土性能更接近于现场实际湿喷工况(大型湿喷工艺)的室内浇筑工艺,以9组C40纤维喷射混凝土为例,通过测试其回弹率、一次喷射厚度、凝结时间、密度、抗压强度、弯曲韧性和干缩变形等性能指标,对比了在混凝土拌和物中掺加速凝剂快速搅拌振动成型制作试件(搅拌振动工艺)和应用小型湿喷机喷射施工(小型湿喷工艺)两种工艺下所得混凝土性能之间的差异。结果表明:与搅拌振动工艺相比,小型湿喷工艺成型混凝土试件的凝结时间、密度、抗压强度与大型湿喷工艺更吻合;小型湿喷工艺还能测试回弹率、一次喷射厚度,可用于评价湿喷混凝土的可喷性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the indoor pouring process in which the performance of sprayed concrete is closer to the actual wet jet condition (large wet jet process), 9 groups of C40 fiber sprayed concrete are taken as examples. The springback rate, the thickness of the primary spray, the setting time and the density of the concrete are tested. Compressive strength, flexural toughness and dry shrinkage deformation, etc. The difference between the performance of concrete made by rapid agitation vibration molding (agitation vibration process) and spray construction (small wet jet process) by using small wet jet machine in concrete mixture is compared in this paper. The results show that the setting time, density and compressive strength of concrete specimen formed by small wet jet process are more consistent with those of large wet jet process, and the springback rate and the thickness of single spray can be measured by small wet jet process. It can be used to evaluate the jetting ability of wet shotcreting concrete.
