热泵—两效直接接触式膜蒸馏装置及其性能研究

【摘要】:研制了热泵—两效直接接触式膜蒸馏试验装置,对其性能进行了较系统的试验研究。结果表明,装置可在常压下实现料液的低温浓缩,且通过调节辅冷器等部件,实现装置在设定工况下稳定运行;膜组件的膜通量和热效率随料液温度的升高而大幅提高,装置的造水比受膜组件热效率和热泵制热系数的共同影响,在66℃时,可达1.58。
[Abstract]:A heat pump-two-effect direct contact membrane distillation test device was developed and its performance was studied systematically. The results show that the device can realize the low temperature concentration of the feed liquid under normal pressure, and by adjusting the auxiliary chiller and other components, the device can operate stably under the fixed operating conditions, and the membrane flux and thermal efficiency of the membrane assembly increase greatly with the increase of the temperature of the feed liquid. The water ratio of the device is affected by the heat efficiency of the film module and the heat coefficient of the heat pump, and it can reach 1.58 at 66 鈩,
