基于PLC的智能玻璃双直边磨边机控制系统的研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国民经济的迅速增长,特别是建筑、汽车、外贸行业的快速发展,国内外市场对玻璃的需求量日益增加。玻璃磨边机是玻璃深加工的重要设备之一,按照功能不同可以分为直边机、斜边机和圆边机等类型。目前使用比较广泛的是玻璃双直边磨边机,使用PLC作为控制器控制系统的机械运动,完成玻璃双直边的磨削、倒角和抛光,使之达到理想的效果。 常见的玻璃磨边机在工作过程中常常会因为各种原因而导致磨边效果不佳,例如玻璃崩边、抛光效果差、对角线误差大等。此外,国内现有的玻璃磨边机的智能化程度还较低,当系统出现问题时不能够快速地发现和解决问题,往往需要专业人员到现场检修,不仅造成人力资源的浪费,而且耗时久,,不能满足市场化的要求。 本文从玻璃双直边磨边机的工作原理和组成结构出发,首先分析了造成玻璃磨边过程中出现质量误差的原因,包括控制算法问题、元器件选用问题、玻璃冷却问题等。其次,针对这些问题,本文对传统PID控制算法进行了改进,提出了基于模糊PID控制算法的变频调速方法。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,分析和比较了二者的优劣性,并给出了相应的系统硬件、软件和HMI设计,提高了系统的定位精度。最后,为提升系统的自我检测和诊断能力,本文给出了智能玻璃磨边机数据库系统的初步设计,完善了系统数据库。 本文通过对基于PLC的智能玻璃双直边磨边机控制系统的研究,解决了玻璃磨边过程中的常见问题,提高了玻璃磨边机的工作性能,并为进一步提高系统的智能化程度打下了基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of national economy, especially the rapid development of construction, automobile and foreign trade, the domestic and foreign market demand for glass is increasing day by day. Glass edging machine is one of the important equipment for glass deep processing. It can be divided into straight edge machine, sloping edge machine and circular edge machine according to different functions. At present, it is widely used in glass double straight edge grinding machine. PLC is used as the controller to control the mechanical movement of the system. The grinding, chamfering and polishing of glass double straight edges are completed, so that the ideal results can be achieved. The common glass edge grinder often leads to poor edge grinding effect due to various reasons, such as glass flanging, poor polishing effect, large diagonal error and so on. In addition, the degree of intelligence of the existing glass edging machine in China is still low. When the system has a problem, it can not find and solve the problem quickly. It often requires professional personnel to go to the site to overhaul, which not only causes a waste of human resources, but also takes a long time. Can not meet the requirements of the market. Based on the working principle and structure of the glass double straight edge grinding machine, this paper first analyzes the causes of the quality error in the process of glass edging, including the problem of control algorithm, the selection of components and components, the problem of glass cooling, and so on. Secondly, aiming at these problems, this paper improves the traditional pid control algorithm, and puts forward a variable frequency speed regulation method based on fuzzy pid control algorithm. The advantages and disadvantages of MATLAB / Simulink are analyzed and compared, and the corresponding hardware, software and HMI design are given to improve the positioning accuracy of the system. Finally, in order to improve the self-detection and diagnosis ability of the system, this paper gives the preliminary design of the intelligent glass edging machine database system, and improves the system database. Through the research on the control system of the intelligent glass edge grinder based on PLC, the common problems in the process of glass edging are solved, and the working performance of the glass edging machine is improved. It also lays a foundation for further improving the intelligence degree of the system.
