瓷石细化提纯试验研究

【摘要】:福建龙岩瓷石主要由高岭石、石英和钾钠长石等矿物组成,可作为陶瓷工业的主要原料,具有较好的应用前景。针对工业化生产工艺流程,提出通过研究球磨效率、磁选效率和产品市场接受度来确定工艺参数,以此达到节能增效的目的。试验结果表明:通过球磨细化、磁选提纯工艺加工,获得了品质较佳的瓷石产品,其烧成白度由67.1%提高至77.1%。
[Abstract]:Longyan porcelain stone in Fujian is mainly composed of kaolinite, quartz and potassium albite. It can be used as the main raw material of ceramic industry and has a good application prospect. In view of the industrial production process, it is put forward that the technological parameters can be determined by studying the ball milling efficiency, magnetic separation efficiency and product market acceptance, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and increasing efficiency. The experimental results show that the porcelain stone with better quality is obtained by the process of ball milling and magnetic separation and purification. The firing whiteness of the product is raised from 67.1% to 77.1%.
