烟气道生产线自动化的研究与开发

【摘要】:水泥烟气道是一种住宅用排烟气管道制品,针对模具浇注型这一生产方式,国内主要采用单件式一次性成型模具来手工进行生产,这种生产设备和工艺不仅难以实现自动化和规模化生产,且产品质量得不到保证。然而,通过与国内某企业在该行业多年的研究和实践表明:通过创新生产工艺和设备能实现自动化的生产。在行业竞争愈加激烈和人们对烟气道产品质量要求越来越高的背景下,利用新设备、新工艺来实现自动化生产是大势所趋。为实现自动化生产,模具被设计成内外模分开的结构,可自动缩放的内模固定在工作台上,而可调整规格的外模在线上循环使用,实现了一模多用、并能在一条生产线上同时生产数种型号产品的功能。利用液环式真空泵抽出成型台高频振动时水泥砂浆析出的水从而使产品在30分钟内达到脱内模强度,脱内模后的产品通过蒸汽养护4小时以内达到脱外模和起吊强度。在对机电生产设备进行研发设计后,分析生产线工艺流程和控制要求,研究现阶段工业控制领域较为成熟的应用案例,开发了一套基于西门子S7系列PLC的分散控制系统。运用主从站PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)、人机界面、传感器、步进电机及总线等通讯技术,使生产线实现了机电液气一体化的自动化生产:机电液气等执行器及光电传感器的组合应用取代了传统设备人工操作的环节;外模在线上被自动输送、识别及精确定位,同时采用高效率的排队策略保证了生产的高效;从站控制成型台上步进电机等的动作使内模能自动缩放;人机界面能实时监控生产线的运行状态,同时也作为手动操作的人机交互设备;Profibus总线通讯和MPI通讯能方便得实现主从站和人机界面之间的实时通讯。现场调试和前期运行结果表明:本文研究的水泥烟气道自动化生产线能实现烟气道高效的自动化生产,不仅提高了生产效率和产品质量及质量稳定性,而且降低了长期成本和工人劳动强度,具有较高的可靠性和实用性,达到预期设计效果。作为一个典型的自动化生产线设计实施案例,本研究具有很好的推广和应用前景。
[Abstract]:The cement smoke airway is a kind of flue gas pipeline products for housing. In view of the mold pouring type, the production equipment and technology are not only difficult to realize automation and scale production, but the quality of the products can not be guaranteed. Many years of research and practice in the industry show that automated production can be achieved through innovative production processes and equipment. In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the industry and higher requirements for the quality of tobacco products, the use of new equipment and new technology to automate production is the trend of the times. The structure is designed to be separated from the internal and external modes. The internal model can be fixed on the worktable automatically, and the adjustable outer die can be circulated on line. The function of several types of products can be produced at the same time. The liquid ring vacuum pump is used to extract the water from the cement mortar when the high frequency vibration of the molding platform is drawn. The product can reach the strength of the demoulding in 30 minutes, and the product after the internal die can reach the outside die and the lifting strength within 4 hours of the steam curing. After the research and design of the mechanical and electrical production equipment, the process and control requirements of the production line are analyzed, and the more mature application cases in the industrial control field are studied at the present stage, and a set of base is developed. The distributed control system of SIEMENS S7 series PLC, using the communication technology such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), man-machine interface, sensor, step motor and bus, made the production line realize the automatic production of electromechanical and liquid gas integration. The combination of electromechanical liquid gas actuator and photoelectric sensor replaced the traditional equipment man. The process of operation; the external mode is automatically transported, identified and located on line, and the efficient queuing strategy is used to ensure the high efficiency of the production. The operation of the stepping motor from the station control molding table makes the internal model automatically zoom; the man-machine interface can monitor the running state of the production line in real time, and also as a manual man-machine intersection. Profibus bus communication and MPI communication can easily realize the real-time communication between the master slave station and the man-machine interface. The field debugging and the previous operation results show that the automatic production line of the cement smoke airway can realize the automatic production of the high efficiency of the smoke airway, which not only improves the production efficiency and the quality and quality stability of the products. It also reduces the long-term cost and labor intensity, has high reliability and practicability, and achieves the expected design effect. As a typical case of automatic production line design and implementation, this study has a good prospect of popularization and application.
