热失重实验法研究脱硫石膏的脱水特性

【摘要】:利用热失重分析仪(TGA),在不同升温速率、不同终态温度下恒温一段时间等实验条件下,分别考察了脱硫石膏的热脱水特性。结果表明:升温速率越大,脱硫石膏结晶水开始失重和结束失重的温度越高,脱硫石膏结晶水失重速度越快;终态温度越高,脱硫石膏结晶水开始失重的时间越长,结束失重的时间越短,结晶水失重速率越大。终态温度为1000℃时,脱硫石膏出现3次失重,第1次失重是脱硫石膏失去自由水的缘故,第2次失重的原因是脱硫石膏失去结晶水,第3次失重是脱硫石膏中的杂质碳酸钙分解所致。
