龙口油页岩半焦燃烧破碎特性研究

【摘要】:为了对流化燃烧中颗粒粒径分布进行研究,把固定床加热或燃烧处理后的半焦在小型流化床实验台上进行常温流化实验,对破碎特性进行研究,并且与常温流化处理和850℃流化燃烧实验进行对比,研究引发一次破碎和二次破碎的热应力、挥发分析出的膨胀压力和碰撞之间的关系,以及粒径和外形对这些力的影响。结果显示热应力和挥发分析出产生的膨胀压力导致一次破碎并改变颗粒内部结构,随着粒径增大一次破碎加剧,这种趋势受外形变化影响。燃烧增加热应力和膨胀压力加剧一次破碎。碰撞本身能造成的破碎很少,二次破碎主要由于热应力和膨胀压力降低了颗粒强度,流化时更易破碎。
