【摘要】:正Shell公司和ITM电力公司合作计划在德国Rheinland炼油厂联合体内的Wesseling炼油厂中安装一套10MW的电解槽,用于生产氢气。这将是德国境内同类设施中最大的一套,也是全世界最大的PEM(聚合物电解质膜)电解槽。该厂目前每年氢气用量约为180kt,来源于炼油工艺副产或天然气转化制氢。电解时需要用电能将水分解为氢和氧。计划安装的电解槽用能为低成本可再生电力,这是Shell公司Rheinland炼油厂零碳排放制氢的关键技术。
[Abstract]:Shell and ITM Power are planning to install a 10MW electrolysis cell in the Wesseling refinery in Germany's Rheinland Refinery to produce hydrogen. It will be the largest of its kind in Germany and the largest PEM cell in the world. The annual hydrogen consumption of the plant is about 180 kt, which comes from the by-product of refining process or the conversion of natural gas to produce hydrogen. Electricity is needed to decompose water into hydrogen and oxygen when electrolysis. The planned electrolytic cell uses low-cost renewable power, a key technology for zero carbon emissions hydrogen production from Shell's Rheinland refinery.
