钢制搪玻璃设备高性能瓷釉及烧成工艺的研究

【摘要】:本文为了解决我国大型搪玻璃设备在制造过程和使用过程中经常出现的爆瓷现象,主要从改进我国搪玻璃行业通用瓷釉入手,通过改变瓷釉配方和增加金属氧化物来改善瓷釉性能、增加了瓷釉的抗腐蚀性能并提高了瓷釉的膨胀系数,使得瓷层应力状态处于更稳定状态。并且通过了解瓷釉在烧成过程中的物理化学变化,改进搪玻璃设备的烧成工艺,使得设备的稳定性和局部爆瓷现象大幅降低来提高搪玻璃设备的整体稳定性和耐腐蚀性能。在耐酸瓷釉的基础上,通过添加中等量的氧化锆(含量在6%-7%之间)来使得耐碱性能达到小于等于2g/(m2.d)达到国外的先进水平,并且通过调整锆、硅、钛和助熔剂的比例,使得瓷釉的膨胀系数达到11×10-6/℃,更加接近钢材的膨胀系数,这样就会减少两种材质之间的应力差,使得瓷层稳定性提高。通过高温物像显微镜,测定该种瓷釉在烧成过程中的特定温度点,确定烧成工艺需要控制的温度点。通过差热分析来确定瓷釉的吸放热的温度段,来确定控温温度。最后,确定了在升温段进行两段控温,降温段进行一处控温的烧成工艺。实验验证结果表明,通过该可控烧成工艺,明显改善了瓷釉的微观结构和力学性能,从而提高搪玻璃设备的整体性能。
