微硅粉固相合成ZSM-5分子筛

【摘要】:以不经任何处理的微硅粉作为硅铝源,固相合成ZSM-5分子筛,考察晶化温度、晶化时间、微硅粉用量、模板剂用量、氯化铵用量等因素对合成分子筛的影响。采用XRD、XRF、IR、SEM、等手段进行分析表征。结果表明最适宜的合成条件:晶化温度为160℃,晶化时间为24 h,按n(TPABr)∶n(NH_4~+)∶n(SiO_2)∶n(H_2O)=0.10∶0.90∶1.00∶4.60,称取适量模板剂、氯化铵、微硅粉和微硅粉。该法合成的ZSM-5分子筛结晶度高、晶形完备、具有丰富的孔结构、较大的比表面积和优良的热稳定性,可以作为工业催化剂和吸附剂使用。
[Abstract]:ZSM-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by solid phase synthesis using microsilica powder without any treatment.
