我国日用陶瓷领域专利保护策略统计分析

【摘要】：本文选取我国日用陶瓷领域具有代表性的企业作为分析样本,通过对其专利保护策略的分析,全面了解了我国日用陶瓷企业在专利申请及运营方面的状况。分析表明,1995年至2014年间我国日用陶瓷企业专利申请量稳步上升,专利申请类型以外观设计为主,专利运营方式以内部转让为主。本文着重分析出现这种情况的原因,并为今后日用陶瓷领域企业制定专利保护策略提出了建议。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the representative enterprises in the field of domestic ceramics are selected as the analysis samples, and through the analysis of the patent protection strategy, the status of patent application and operation of domestic ceramic enterprises is fully understood. The analysis shows that from 1995 to 2014, the number of patent applications for domestic ceramic enterprises is increasing steadily. The main types of patent applications are design and the internal transfer is the main mode of patent operation. This paper analyzes the reasons for this situation and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of patent protection strategy for domestic ceramic enterprises.
