码垛机设计与关键技术研究

【摘要】:立体养护窑码垛机又称养护窑堆垛机或码垛车,是预制混凝土构件柔性化生产线中实现预制构件在滚轮输送线和养护窑之间吊运、存取的专用设备。本文以建筑工业化中PC构件工厂化生产为背景,在充分调研了国内外预制混凝土构件生产中普遍存在生产效率低,劳动力成本高,能耗大,环境污染严重,生产周期长,自动化水平低等缺点,对立体养护设备的技术特点和发展趋势做了深入的了解和分析。借鉴起重运输设备的设计方法,针对PC构件柔性生产线养护窑码垛机的特殊使用要求进行总体方案设计,并完成了码垛机主要金属结构和零部件的设计选型和校核。设计中使用Solidworks三维软件建立了码垛机三维实体模型,实现了可视化和参数化设计,缩短了设计周期。基于有限元理论利用有限元ANSYS/Workbench分析软件对码垛机的主要结构进行强度、刚度和模态的分析,验证了码垛机结构设计的科学性和可靠性。与传统校核方法相比,比较准确直观地计算出主要部件的刚度和强度和稳定性。最后结合码垛机的实际作业工况,对码垛机运动机构利用ADAMS创建虚拟样机模型。特别是采用Bushing轴套力与CMD宏命令结合的方法对提升机构钢丝绳进行建模,与传统建模方法相比,大大降低了码垛机ADAMS虚拟样机仿真模型的建立难度。并对码垛机提升方案进行运动学仿真分析,得到码垛机在实际提升作业工况中的运动学参数变化情况,为后续结构优化和设备运行的研究提供依据。本文所设计的码垛机是PC构件生产线的专用设备,能够满足一般PC部品(梁、柱、楼梯、阳台、电梯井)的生产中的养护窑存取作业需要,具有很强的通用性。本论文中关于码垛机的设计分析和研究对PC构件柔性化生产线的规划和设备的研制具有工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional curing kiln palletizing machine, also called curing kiln stacker or palletizing car, is a special equipment for lifting and storing prefabricated components between roller conveyor line and maintenance kiln in the flexible production line of precast concrete components. Based on the industrial production of PC components in building industrialization, this paper makes a full investigation of the low production efficiency, high labor cost, high energy consumption, serious environmental pollution and long production cycle in the production of precast concrete components at home and abroad. The technical characteristics and development trend of stereoscopic maintenance equipment are deeply understood and analyzed. Based on the design method of lifting and transportation equipment, the general scheme is designed for the special operation requirements of maintenance kiln palletizing machine in PC flexible production line, and the design and selection of the main metal structure and parts of the palletizing machine are completed. The 3D solid model of palletizing machine is established by using Solidworks software in the design. The visual and parametric design is realized, and the design cycle is shortened. Based on the finite element theory, the strength, stiffness and mode of the main structure of the palletizing machine are analyzed by using the finite element ANSYS/Workbench analysis software, which verifies the scientific and reliability of the structural design of the palletizing machine. Compared with the traditional checking method, the stiffness, strength and stability of the main components are calculated accurately and intuitively. Finally, combined with the actual working conditions of the palletizing machine, a virtual prototype model is created by using ADAMS for the palletizing machine motion mechanism. Especially, the method of combining Bushing shaft sleeve force with CMD macro command is used to model the steel wire rope of lifting mechanism. Compared with the traditional modeling method, the difficulty of establishing ADAMS virtual prototype simulation model of palletizing machine is greatly reduced. The kinematics simulation analysis of the lifting scheme of the palletizing machine is carried out, and the kinematics parameters of the palletizing machine in the actual lifting operation are obtained, which provides the basis for the subsequent research on the optimization of the structure and the operation of the equipment. The palletizing machine designed in this paper is a special equipment for the production line of PC components. It can meet the requirements of the maintenance kiln access operation in the production of general PC products (beam, column, staircase, balcony, elevator well), and has strong versatility. In this paper, the design analysis and research of palletizing machine have engineering application value for the planning of flexible production line of PC component and the development of equipment.
