不同服役年限再生粗骨料对混凝土抗压性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】：为了研究不同服役年限再生粗骨料对混凝土抗压性能的影响,在西安地区选取了三种不同服役年限的再生粗骨料,对其物理性能指标进行了测试,并制作了26组78个试块,对其立方体与棱柱体抗压强度进行了测试,并初步对其强度比值进行了计算。结果表明,再生骨料的各项密度指标均出现了降低,孔隙率与吸水率大幅增加;不同服役年限的再生骨料增大了混凝土的立方体抗压强度,使轴心抗压强度出现波动,且随着服役年限的增加,使强度值的变化出现了缓和的趋势;棱柱体与立方体抗压强度的比值范围为0.79~0.96,鉴于实际,文中建议取0.79。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of recycled coarse aggregate with different service life on the compressive performance of concrete, three kinds of recycled coarse aggregate with different service life were selected in Xi'an area. The physical properties of the recycled coarse aggregate were tested, and 26 groups of 78 test blocks were made. The compressive strength of cube and prism is tested and the ratio of strength is calculated. The results showed that the density index of recycled aggregate decreased and the porosity and water absorption increased significantly. The recycled aggregate with different service life increases the cube compressive strength of concrete and makes the axial compressive strength fluctuate, and with the increase of service life, the change of strength appears a tendency of relaxation. The ratio of prism to cube compressive strength is 0.79 ~ 0.96. In view of the actual situation, it is suggested that 0.79.
