煤矸石制备烧结砖的方法和性能研究

【摘要】:实验以煤矸石为主要原料,探究并确定煤矸石的粒度、成型压力对煤矸石砖的影响,确定最佳的煤矸石粒度和成型压力。实验结果表明:成型压力不变,烧结温度为1 000℃时,随着煤矸石粒度增大,样品吸水率增大,抗压强度和密度减小。煤矸石粒度、烧结温度不变时,随着成型压力增大,样品吸水率减小,抗压强度和密度增大。
