新型三元共聚物阻垢剂性能评价及应用研究
[Abstract]:In the circulating cooling water system, due to the evaporation and concentration of water and the increase of concentration ratio, scaling and corrosion are easy to occur in water, which is usually suppressed and alleviated by adding corrosion and scale inhibitor in industry. However, the scale inhibitor used at present is mainly phosphorus-containing polymer and carboxylate polymer scale inhibitor. The phosphorus-containing polymer is easy to hydrolyze, and the high phosphorus content in water will lead to eutrophication of water body, and carboxylic acid polymer is not easily biodegradable and has an impact on the environment. Therefore, the scale inhibition and other properties of a new type of terpolymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS, which is nontoxic, phosphorous and biodegradable, are studied in this paper. The scale inhibition performance of WISCO wastewater is evaluated to provide data support for its industrial application. Through the static scale inhibition experiment of the new terpolymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS, it is found that the polymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS has good performance in inhibiting calcium carbonate. When the dosage of polymer is 20mg/L, the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate reaches 84.36%. In the cooling water with low hardness and low alkalinity, the scale inhibition can be played better. When the polymer dosage is 10mg/L, the scale inhibition rate of calcium sulfate is 27.78. When the polymer dosage is more than 20mg/L, the scaling phenomenon will occur. Under the condition of low concentration of phosphate ion, the scale inhibition of calcium phosphate is excellent. The scale inhibition experiment of mixed solution with calcium and magnesium ions at the same time shows that when the ratio of calcium to magnesium ion is 3: 1, the concentration of calcium ion is 150 mg / L, the concentration of magnesium ion is 50 mg / L, and the dosage of copolymer 尾-CD-MA-SSS is 25mg/L, The scale inhibition rate of the mixture can reach 90.97. In addition, the polymer also has a certain dispersity to ferric oxide. When the dosage of 30mg/L is added, the transmittance can reach 67.1, and it also has good salt resistance and can be used in the environment with high salinity. The scale inhibition experiment of WISCO wastewater shows that the optimal dosage is 30 mg / L, and the scale inhibition rate can reach 83.85, showing good scale inhibition effect on actual wastewater. The new copolymer scale inhibitor has a certain popularizing significance by synthesizing factors such as scale inhibition effect, environment influence and economic benefit.
