重质煤沥青制备中间相炭微球的研究

【摘要】:以溶剂萃取获得的富含原生喹啉不溶物(PQI)的重质煤沥青为原料,通过热聚法制备中间相炭微球(MCMB)。研究了聚合条件对MCMB的微观形态、收率及β树脂含量的影响规律。结果表明,包裹在MCMB表面的PQI微粒抑制了其长大,在420℃反应4~6 h制备出的MCMB球形度好、粒度小且均匀;MCMB收率随反应时间的延长、聚合温度的升高而增大,最高能达45%以上;其β树脂含量随反应时间的增加而显著减小,炭化后的MCMB表面由许多1μm左右的片状颗粒堆砌而成,仅含C、O两种元素。
