纤维掺量对高延性水泥基复合材料塑性收缩的影响

【摘要】:早期塑性收缩对高延性水泥基复合材料(ECC)应用效果有直接影响。通过非接触式收缩试验研究了纤维掺量对ECC早期塑性收缩的影响。结果表明,在掺量小于0.9%时,随着聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维体积掺量的增加,早期塑性收缩量逐渐减小,但纤维掺量超过0.9%后,早期塑性收缩值趋于稳定。基于试验结果,通过回归分析提出了适用于高纤维掺量的ECC早期塑性收缩值预测公式。
[Abstract]:The early plastic shrinkage has a direct effect on the application effect of high ductile cement matrix composites (ECC). The effect of fiber content on the early plastic shrinkage of ECC was studied by contactless shrinkage test. The results show that when the content of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber is less than 0.9%, the early plastic shrinkage decreases gradually with the increase of polyvinyl alcohol fiber volume content, but the early plastic shrinkage tends to be stable when the fiber content is more than 0.9%. Based on the experimental results, a formula for predicting the early plastic shrinkage of ECC, which is suitable for high fiber content, is proposed by regression analysis.
