含钆夹胶真空复层玻璃导热模型
[Abstract]:In order to improve the thermal insulation performance of anti-neutron glass, a new type of vacuum laminated glass containing gadolinium gel was designed, and the heat transfer model of laminated glass was established by heat transfer theory. The thermal insulation properties of laminated glass and gadolinium containing plexiglass in neutron radiation and high temperature environment were studied by finite element method. The results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that the design of vacuum laminated glass containing gadolinium gel is feasible, and the thermal resistance of the laminated glass is three times of that of gadolinium plexiglass under the same conditions, and it has good thermal insulation performance. Vacuum layer can significantly improve the thermal insulation performance of neutron-proof glass.
