消融材料约束电爆石墨粉试验研究

【摘要】:用具有消融作用的聚乙烯材料制作约束管,以天然石墨粉为原料进行电爆试验。结果表明,约束管对电爆炸石墨粉产物具有良好的高温调控和约束效果;石墨粉发生电爆炸,制备产物中存在球形颗粒、多面体颗粒和片层及褶皱状片层的石墨烯。分析认为,球形颗粒是由爆炸瞬间产物中液相凝固形成;多面体颗粒是气相粒子凝华形成;而爆炸瞬间产生强大的冲击波,使石墨发生层状剥离后形成石墨烯。提高沉积在粉末上的能量密度,制备产物中颗粒状减少,片层状增多。
[Abstract]:The restraint tube was made of polyethylene material with ablation effect, and the electric explosion test was carried out with natural graphite powder as raw material. The results show that the confined tube has good high temperature control and restraint effect on the product of electroexplosion graphite powder, and there are spherical particles, polyhedral particles and graphene in the lamellar layer and wrinkled lamellar graphene produced by electric explosion of graphite powder. It is considered that the spherical particles are formed by liquid phase solidification in the product at the moment of explosion, the polyhedral particles are formed by the condensation of gas phase particles, and the strong shock wave is produced at the moment of explosion, which causes graphene to be formed after layered peeling of graphite. By increasing the energy density deposited on the powder, the particles in the prepared products decreased and the lamellae increased.
