基于金属掺杂碳点的催化传感体系的构建及应用

碳点(CDs)被广泛应用于生物分析传感和催化等领域,因为其具有发光性能好、毒性低、光稳定性好和生物相容性好等优良性能。本论文旨在合成集催化活性和过程指示功能于一身的双功能发光碳点;在无外加指示剂情况下,以实现对催化反应过程的原位、实时监控。具体内容如下:1.以一水合柠檬酸和九水合硝酸银为原料,一步水热法制备银掺杂碳点(Ag-CDs),对其结构和光学特性进行了一系列表征。基于巯基与银离子之间的络合作用,形成不溶性的硫醇盐,使银离子从碳量子点的表面脱落,导致碳量子点荧光的有效猝灭,进一步实现高灵敏、高选择性地检测L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys),线性范围2×10-6至3.5×10-5 mol/L,检测限为0.25μM。该传感体系已成功地应用于蜂蜜中L-Cys的检测。2.以乙二胺四乙酸二钠和六水合硝酸铈为前驱体水热法合成铈掺杂碳点(Ce-CDs)。将双(4-硝基苯基)磷酸酯盐(BNPP)做为DNA模型底物,研究Ce-CDs的磷酸二酯酶活性。由实验结果可得,在Ce-CDs催化作用下,BNPP的水解裂解反应速率常数为1.03×10-33...
