Preparation and Properties of Buildingmaterials from Desulfu

在本研究中,使用脱硫石膏为原料。首先将脱硫石膏样品磨成粉末,然后过80目的筛子,得到脱硫石膏粉末样品。对脱硫石膏样品的基本物理化学属性进行分析,样品中主要的物相为二水石膏,化学成分主要为氧化钙、氧化硫,另外还含有少量的氧化镁、氧化铁和氧化铝等。论文进行了以脱硫石膏为原料制备石膏砌块的研究。首先将脱硫石膏粉在150℃,170℃,190°和200℃温度下焙烧1h,1.5h,2.5和3h。通过XRD和SEM表征发现,当焙烧温度为170℃时,所得样品的物相为半水石膏;采用标准稠度水试验法测定了掺加了脱硫石膏的切块的含水量,最佳的时间为2-3分钟,终凝时间为45-50分钟。采用最佳工艺条件制备了 1kg的半水脱硫石膏粉。通过钻孔机将500g的样品与70g的水混合搅拌20秒至25秒,并在钢模中放置5-15分钟。为了方便脱模,在模具侧面添加少量油。将所制备的脱硫石膏砌块分别在3种干燥条件下干燥。如:自然(阳光)干燥、室温下干燥、烘箱中干燥。在自然和室温干燥过程中,石膏砌块被保存了3周,而对于烘箱中的干燥,这些块在烘箱中保存了 24小时。最后对所得到的石膏砌块进行抗压和抗折测试,结果表明自然条件下干燥...
