【摘要】:以改善Everlube喷涂镀层的均匀性能为目的,运用试验设计方法(DOE)对Everlube喷涂过程进行分析,通过优化喷涂工艺参数,并借助Minitab分析软件,验证各参数对镀层均匀性的影响,最终寻找到满足客户要求的喷涂工艺。试验验证结果表明,优化后的工艺参数满足了客户对镀层厚度均匀性≤5μm要求,此方法有效解决了实际问题,提高了产品的质量水平。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the uniform properties of Everlube coating, the process of Everlube spraying was analyzed by means of experimental design method, and the process parameters were optimized. With the help of Minitab software, the effect of each parameter on the uniformity of the coating is verified, and the spraying process to meet the requirements of the customer is found. The test results show that the spraying process can meet the requirements of the customers. The optimized process parameters meet the requirements of the customer for thickness uniformity 鈮,
