【摘要】:通过模拟控轧控冷工艺,借助金相观察及力学性能测试,研究了550 MPa级抗震建筑钢不同终冷温度下双相组织的衍变规律,分析了影响试验钢力学性能变化的因素,讨论了试验钢屈强比变化的机理。结果表明:当终冷温度为440℃时,试验钢屈服强度、伸长率和屈强比良好,抗震性能最好。
[Abstract]:Based on the metallographic observation and the mechanical property test , the evolution law of the two - phase structure at different end - cooling temperatures of the 550 MPa - level anti - seismic building steel was studied by means of the simulation controlled rolling and cooling process . The factors affecting the mechanical properties of the test steel were analyzed . The results showed that the yield strength , elongation and yield ratio of the test steel were good when the final cooling temperature was 440 鈩,
