【摘要】:经过不同始锻温度、终锻温度锻造得到TA10钛合金棒材,然后在进行不同温度的退火处理后,采用标准拉伸试样进行拉伸实验和金相实验,研究其显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着始锻温度的提高,TA10钛合金中α相形态从长条状过渡到网篮组织。随着终锻温度的提高,TA10钛合金中α相形态从粗大的α条过渡到片状组织。在始锻温度为950℃时,TA10钛合金的强度和塑性达到较好的匹配,其抗拉强度为638 MPa,断面收缩率为35.1%。在终锻温度为660℃时,TA10钛合金的抗拉强度为663 MPa,断面收缩率为38.8%,强度和塑性匹配较好。
[Abstract]:TA10 titanium alloy bars were obtained by forging at different starting and forging temperatures. After annealing at different temperatures, tensile tests and metallographic tests were carried out with standard tensile specimens. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results showed that with the increase of the initial forging temperature, the 伪 -phase morphology of the alloy changed from strip shape to net basket structure, and the final forging temperature increased with the increase of the final forging temperature. The morphology of 伪 phase in TA10 titanium alloy was changed from coarse 伪 bar to sheet structure. The strength and plasticity of Ta-10 titanium alloy were well matched when the initial forging temperature was 950 鈩,
