修光刃对刀片车削加工45钢的影响

【摘要】:建立了修光刃刀片进行车削加工的表面粗糙度通用计算模型,并通过实验研究手段,对比了不同结构的修光刃形刀片车削加工45钢的表面粗糙度、切削力和刀片寿命,揭示了修光刃形的差异对刀片车削45钢性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:加工参数f_n及修光刃副偏角κ'_r对表面粗糙度的影响基本呈线性变化规律;修光刃刀片有一定的适用范围,当进给量f_n8R_sκ'_r时修光刃刀片可以获得较普通车削刀片更小的粗糙度值;修光刃形对刀片寿命和切削力影响不显著,其偏差范围在10%以内。
[Abstract]:A general calculation model of surface roughness for lathe cutting blade was established, and the surface roughness of 45 steel turning with different structure was compared by means of experimental research. Cutting force and blade life. The results show that the influence of machining parameters fn and kappa on the surface roughness is linear. The cutting blade has a certain range of application. When the feed quantity f _ s _ 8R _ s 魏 _ r is added, the blade blade can obtain a smaller roughness value than the ordinary turning blade. The blade shape has no significant effect on blade life and cutting force, and its deviation range is less than 10%.
