模拟货油舱上甲板环境下低合金钢的腐蚀行为

【摘要】:采用模拟油轮货油舱上甲板环境的腐蚀实验装置,研究了低合金船体钢在模拟防爆气体(SO_2+CO_2+O_2+N_2)气、模拟原油挥发气体(H_2S+N_2)以及两者混合存在条件下的腐蚀行为差异。分别研究了实验钢在不同气体中腐蚀速率、基体腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物的形貌及物相组成。结果表明,模拟防爆气体SO_2+CO_2+O_2+N_2造成的腐蚀量远大于模拟原油挥发气体H_2S+N_2,其在整个上甲板腐蚀过程中占主导地位。在H_2S+N_2气体中实验钢的腐蚀产物为单一的FeS,在SO_2+CO_2+O_2+N_2环境下腐蚀产物为α-FeOOH、Fe_2O_3、FeSO_4,而在两种气源混合通入条件下,锈层中除了上述产物外,含有10%的单质硫,表面光滑的块状单质硫大量分布于锈层的剥离面上,能够促进锈层发生剥离。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the corrosion test device for simulating the upper deck environment of tanker cargo tank is used to study the gas of low alloy hull steel in simulating explosion proof gas so _ 2 CO_2 _ O _ 2N _ 2. The corrosion behavior of the experimental steel in different gases was studied. The corrosion rate of the steel and the corrosion morphology of the substrate were studied. The results show that the corrosion volume caused by the simulated explosion-proof gas SO_2 CO_2 O _ 2N _ 2 is much larger than that caused by simulated crude oil volatile gas H _ 2S N _ 2. The corrosion product of the experimental steel in H2S NSC2 gas is a single FeS. In SO_2 CO_2 O _ 2N _ 2 environment, the corrosion product is 伪 -FeOOH / Fe2O3FeSO4, and under the condition of mixing the two gas sources. In addition to the above products, the rusty layer contains 10% of elemental sulfur, and the smooth massive bulk sulfur distributes on the exfoliation surface of the rust layer, which can promote the exfoliation of the rust layer.
