固溶处理对双辊铸轧7075铝合金组织与性能的影响

【摘要】:通过双辊铸轧法制备了2.41 mm厚的7075铝合金薄板,采用金相显微镜、UTM5305电子万能试验机及维氏硬度计等研究了单级固溶处理对该铸轧板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶处理后铸轧7075铝合金表层细长枝晶及心部等轴晶均再结晶变成细小等轴晶,第二相减少。7075铝合金的拉伸性能和硬度随着固溶时间和温度的增加先上升后下降,并且最大值均出现在470℃固溶1 h时,此时抗拉强度为351.69 MPa,硬度为140.3 HV0.2。因此,470℃固溶1 h为7075铝合金最佳单级固溶制度。
[Abstract]:A 2.41 mm thick 7075 aluminum alloy sheet was prepared by double roll casting. The effect of single stage solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the cast rolling plate was studied by means of metallographic microscope UTM5305 electronic universal tester and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the thin branches of 7075 aluminum alloy surface after solid solution treatment are cast and rolled. The recrystallization of both crystal and core equiaxed crystal becomes fine equiaxed crystal. The tensile properties and hardness of the second phase reduced. 7075 aluminum alloy first increased and then decreased with the increase of solution time and temperature, and the maximum values appeared at 470 鈩,
