热分析方法测试铁基非晶薄带居里温度研究

【摘要】:研究了差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热膨胀法(DIL)测试铁基非晶薄带居里转变温度的方法,并对测试结果进行了对比分析,研究表明,采用合适的试验条件,两种检测方法都可以获得明显的居里转变信号。其中居里转变过程在DSC曲线上出现抖动现象,在DIL曲线上出现了反常膨胀即收缩,对比两条测量曲线发现DIL曲线收缩段的终止点对应DSC法测量的居里转变温度。研究还表明,DSC法测试居里温度需要较高的升温速度,升温速度大于10K/min才可以观察到居里转变信号,而热膨胀法则适合采用较小的升温速度,在合适的温度范围内,改变升温速度对DSC法和DIL法检测结果影响都不大。
[Abstract]:The method of measuring Curie transition temperature of Fe-base amorphous thin strip by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal expansion method (DIL) was studied. The results were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the suitable test conditions were adopted. Both methods can obtain obvious Curie transition signal, in which the Curie transition appears jitter on the DSC curve and abnormal expansion or contraction on the DIL curve. By comparing the two measuring curves, we found that the closing point of the contraction of DIL curve corresponds to the Curie transition temperature measured by DSC method. The results also show that the Curie transition signal can be observed only when the Curie temperature is measured by DSC method, and the heating rate is more than 10K / min. However, the thermal expansion rule is suitable for the smaller heating rate. In the appropriate temperature range, the change of the heating rate has little effect on the results of DSC and DIL methods.
