锻压工艺对机械曲柄冲击和腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】:采用不同工艺锻造了45钢机械曲柄,并进行了曲柄冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1100℃增至1220℃、终锻温度从710℃逐步增至800℃或锻压速度从60 mm/min增至180 mm/min,曲柄冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。曲柄的始锻温度、终锻温度和锻压速度分别优选为1205、785℃、120 mm/min。
