【摘要】:对某公司出厂的圆形钢坯进行超声波探伤时发现裂纹缺陷,通过X射线探伤分析、化学成分分析、微观断口形貌观察、低倍组织分析、金相组织及夹杂分析,对该钢坯进行了裂纹缺陷分析。结果表明,脆性夹杂是钢坯形成微裂纹的主要原因,另外,基体组织中的珠光体偏析条带为这种脆性微裂纹的产生提供了有利条件。
[Abstract]:Crack defects were found during ultrasonic inspection of round steel billet produced by a certain company. X-ray examination, chemical composition analysis, microscopic fracture morphology observation, low-power microstructure analysis, metallographic structure and inclusion analysis were used. The results show that the brittle inclusion is the main reason for the formation of microcracks in the billet and the pearlite segregation strip in the matrix provides favorable conditions for the formation of the brittle microcracks.
