二次正火处理对9Cr3W3Co钢微观组织和冲击韧性的影响

【摘要】:对9Cr3W3Co钢在传统正火热处理和3种不同温度二次正火热处理后的显微组织和冲击韧性进行了研究。结果表明:二次低温正火可以有效细化9Cr3W3Co钢传统正火热处理后的粗大晶粒,回火后冲击断口的剪切唇面积大幅增加;二次低温正火过程中析出富Nb、V的MX相颗粒,有益于晶粒的细化,同时回火后的M23C6碳化物更为细小弥散,两者的共同作用带来了冲击韧性的提升。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and impact toughness of 9Cr3W3Co steel after conventional normalizing heat treatment and three different temperature secondary normalizing heat treatment were studied. The results show that secondary low temperature normalizing treatment can effectively refine the coarse grain of 9Cr3W3Co steel after conventional normalizing heat treatment. After tempering, the shear lip area of the impact fracture surface increased significantly, and the MX phase particles rich in NB _ (V) were precipitated during the secondary low-temperature normalizing process, which was beneficial to grain refinement, and the M23C6 carbide after tempering was more fine and dispersed. The combination of the two brings about an increase in impact toughness.
