激光光整对高硅铝合金缸套材料摩擦磨损性能的影响

【摘要】:切取高硅铝合金缸套试样,并对工作面进行激光光整,研究其对摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,激光扫描速度为600 mm/min,离焦量2 mm,功率为1 000 W时硅颗粒最大凸出高度为1.243μm,与未处理试样相比,摩擦因数从0.141降到0.113,降幅达19.9%,磨损量从0.7 mg降到0.2 mg,降幅达71.4%;激光光整使高硅铝合金缸套工作面上的硅颗粒凸出且边角圆化,硅颗粒的凸出,避免了铝基体与活塞环的直接接触,并增大了储油润滑的效果,减少了粘着磨损的风险,也降低了摩擦力,从而改善了高硅铝合金缸套材料的摩擦磨损性能。
[Abstract]:The high silicon aluminum alloy cylinder liner sample was cut and laser finishing was carried out to study its effect on friction and wear performance.The results show that the maximum protruding height of silicon particles is 1.243 渭 m when the laser scanning speed is 600mm / min, the defocus is 2 mm and the power is 1 000 W, compared with the untreated samples.The friction coefficient was reduced from 0.141 to 0.113, and the friction coefficient was reduced by 19.9mg, the amount of wear was reduced from 0.7 mg to 0.2 mg, the drop was 71.4%. Laser finishing made the silicon particles protruding and the edges rounded and the silicon particles protruding in the working face of the cylinder liner with high silicon alloy, the friction coefficient was reduced from 0.141 to 0.113, and the amount of wear was reduced from 0.7 mg to 0.2 mg.The direct contact between aluminum matrix and piston ring is avoided, and the lubricating effect of oil storage is increased, the risk of adhesion and wear is reduced, and the friction force is also reduced. Thus, the friction and wear properties of cylinder liner material of high silicon aluminum alloy are improved.
