焊缝余高对A5083铝合金焊接接头低温疲劳性能的影响

【摘要】:针对轨道车辆常用的A5083P-O铝合金焊接接头,分别在带有焊缝余高和不带焊缝余高的条件下,进行了不同低温环境下的轴向脉动拉伸疲劳试验,分析了焊缝余高对接头疲劳强度的影响,建立了疲劳强度与温度之间的定量关系。结果表明:在0~-50℃低温范围内,与不带焊缝余高的对接接头相比,带有焊缝余高的A5083铝合金焊接接头在指定寿命107下的疲劳强度降低近30%,其中无焊缝余高接头的疲劳破坏主要发生在焊缝区,而带有焊缝余高的接头大多起裂于焊趾处;随着环境温度的降低,接头疲劳强度呈指数规律升高,当温度从0℃下降到-50℃时,接头疲劳强度提高近13%。
