热处理工艺对新型热作模具钢性能的影响

【摘要】:通过添加Cr、Mo、Ni、W、V等元素,设计和制备了热作模具钢样品。研究了热处理工艺对热作模具钢性能的影响。结果表明:1025℃淬火+550℃回火后的模具钢样品性能最佳,其抗拉强度为1785.1 MPa,屈服强度为1573.1MPa,硬度为50.9 HRC。当试验温度为600℃时,该样品抗拉强度为1272.5 MPa;试验温度为550℃时,该样品硬度值为402.5 HV。试样断口分布有大量的韧窝和很少的准解理形貌,表明模具钢有较高的强度和韧性。
