强制冷却铜管内铝液法制备铜包铝复合铸锭装置的研制

【摘要】:针对立式浇铝法制备铜包铝复合铸锭时存在的复合层上薄下厚以及复合层过厚的问题,本项目组提出了强制冷却铜管内铝液来制备铜包铝复合铸锭的方法,并获得了国家发明专利。为了利用这种方法制备出复合层上下均匀且薄的铜包铝复合铸锭,本文首先研制了立式强制冷却铜管内铝液法制备铜包铝复合铸锭装置,之后用该装置成功地制备出了复合层上下均匀的铜包铝铸锭,并对复合层的形状、厚度等进行了研究。所研制的强制冷却铜管内铝液法制备铜包铝复合铸锭装置,构造简单、操作方便、运行可靠,可制备出长度为500mm,直径可任意调整的铜包铝铸锭。对复合层的研究发现:(1)在选定的工艺参数范围内,铸锭内复合层呈锯齿形,但整体上厚度上下均匀一致;(2)工艺参数不影响复合层厚度的均匀性;(3)复合层厚度对工艺参数比较敏感;(4)当复合层厚度较厚时,复合层内部易出现缩孔等缺陷;(5)在选定的工艺参数范围内,最佳工艺参数为.铝液温度700℃,接触时间40s,铜管壁厚3mm,导流孔孔径8mm,喷水流量50L/min。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of thin layer thickness and excessive thickness of composite layer in the preparation of copper-clad aluminum composite ingot by vertical aluminum casting, the project group proposed a method of forced cooling aluminum liquid in copper tube to prepare copper-clad aluminum composite ingot.And obtained the national invention patent.In order to prepare copper clad aluminum composite ingot with uniform and thin layers by this method, a device for preparing copper clad aluminum composite ingot with vertical forced cooling copper tube was developed in this paper.After that, the copper clad aluminum ingot with uniform upper and lower layers was successfully prepared, and the shape and thickness of the composite layer were studied.The device developed in this paper is simple in structure, convenient in operation, reliable in operation, and can be used to produce copper clad aluminum ingot with 500mm length and adjustable diameter.The study of the composite layer found that the composite layer in the ingot was serrated within the selected technological parameters.However, the thickness of the composite layer is more sensitive to the process parameters when the thickness of the composite layer is thicker, when the thickness of the composite layer is thicker, the thickness of the composite layer is not affected by the uniformity of the thickness of the composite layer.The optimum process parameters are as follows: in the range of selected process parameters, shrinkage holes and other defects are easy to appear in the composite layer.The temperature of molten aluminum is 700 鈩,
