铸造Fe-C-B耐磨合金增韧研究与进展

【摘要】:新一代耐磨材料Fe-C-B合金具有较高的经济效益和优异的耐磨损性能,但网状硼化物的存在导致其韧性较低,限制了其发展和应用。阐述了Fe-C-B合金B含量优化、高温热处理、合金化、变质处理等增韧方法的研究进展。综合大量研究发现:B含量在2.0%~4.0%范围内时,合金性能较好,硬度可达到60HRC,冲击韧性在6J/cm2左右;在1 000~1 050℃范围内进行高温热处理更利于合金增韧;合金化和变质处理对韧性有一定改善作用。为了进一步提高Fe-C-B合金韧性,需要结合各种增韧方法,深入探讨韧性机制。
[Abstract]:The new generation wear-resistant material Fe-C-B alloy has high economic benefit and excellent wear resistance, but the existence of reticular boride leads to its low toughness, which limits its development and application. The research progress of toughening methods such as optimization of B content of Fe-C-B alloy, high temperature heat treatment, alloying and modification are reviewed.
